Spin Your Butt Off Fitness Camp – MAY 2014

Spin Your Butt Off is a low impact, high intensity and full body fitness camp.  It is hands down, the best low impact way to LOVE improving your cardiovascular power and your muscular endurance!

Monday & Wednesdays 10-11am
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:45-6:45am

Location: Heritage Fitness Centre (613-253-2112)

Any 8 work-outs $120 OR Any 4 work-outs $65
* additional $38.70 fee applies to individuals who are non-members of the Heritage Fitness Centre

Spin Your Butt Off Fitness Camp

  • Tuesdays 5:45-6:45am, Wednesdays 10-11am, Thursdays 5:45-6:45am
  • 30min Spinning + 30min Full Body Circuit Training (ideal low impact way to improve your aerobic power & stamina)

Spin Your Butt Off is my personal hand-crafted work-out, which is 30min of spinning followed by 30min of full body circuit training.  The perfect blend of cardio & strength training.

Camps Include:
  • An experienced and qualified trainer who will help you achieve your goals.
  • Education and motivation on how to exercise for success
  • Accountability: I will contact you, should you miss an work-out.
  • Support: I will be available for on-going support, via email & phone.
  • Motivation: give me your laziest day… I’ll make you pumped to work-out!!!
“What if LIFE Happens?”: 

  • What if… you get sick, need to go out of town? or the dog runs away as you’re heading out the door?  No problem!  Let me know ahead of time and we’ll plan a make-up session.
  • ALWAYS check your email, or my Facebook Page an hour before the work-out to receive any important notices.

  1. 8 Weeks Unlimited Work-out Camp (that is up to 54 work-outs) = $229
  2. 4 weeks Two Days Per Week Camp (you choose the two days… make-up work-outs always possible!) = $119
